Clinical activities of Dr. Bevoni

From 1st January 2007 to 14th December 2009, Dr. Roberto Bevoni had a professional service contract at the Rizzoli Orthopaedic Institute, engaging in assistance, outpatient, and surgical activities in Section C (former 2nd-level traumatology), Section B, and Section A.

From 15th December 2009, he has been employed with an indefinite contract as a Level I Medical Manager at the Rizzoli Orthopaedic Institute.


In 2008, Dr. Bevoni collaborated on a research project related to cases treated at the Rizzoli Orthopaedic Institute with Fitek/Fitmore acetabular cups.

In 2008, he received the "Oral Presentation Award" for his work presented during the XVII International Congress on Sports Rehabilitation and Traumatology held in Bologna.

In 2009, he won, securing the first position, the AOFAS Travelling Fellowship, in which he participated in August of the same year, visiting foot surgery centres in Vancouver (Prof Alastair Younger), Seattle (Prof. Sigvard T. Hansen), Salt Lake City (Prof. Charles Salzman), San Francisco – Oakland (Prof. Roger Mann).


In 2010, he won the EFAS Travelling Fellowship Award, participating in September of the same year, starting from the International Congress EFAS (European Foot and Ankle Surgery) in Geneva 2010 and visiting Schultess Klinik in Zurich (Prof. Pascal F Rippstein), Clinica Louis Pasteur Essey les Nancy in Nancy, France (Prof. Patrice Diebold), and the University Hospital Basel in Switzerland (Prof. Victor Valderrabano).


In 2011, he received the award for the best presentation for the work presented at the 96th Italian Congress of Orthopaedics and Traumatology, titled "Chronic Achilles Tendinopathies treated with Platelet Gel," held in Rimini.


In July 2013, he attended the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Traumatology directed by Prof. Pascal Boileau at the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire in Nice, France.


Since 2009, he has held a Managerial Assignment of a Basic Professional Nature for Foot Surgery.


Since 2014, he has held a Managerial Assignment of a Professional Grade B Nature for the treatment of Post-Traumatic Injuries and Pseudoarthrosis.
